Funeral services for Gary C. Winston are Sunday, December 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 29, 2024, 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Trezevant Cemetery. Dr. Dennis Trull will officiate and Jimmy Bennett, Willilam Milam, Ronnie Orr, Stephen Eason, Tracy Savage, Paul Savage, Jeff Marshall and Greg Baker will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Winston, 67 years old, died Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at his deer stand. He attends First Baptist Church in McKenzie and retired from Ceco as a supervisor of water treatment. He was born in McKenzie on December 7, 1957, to the late Willilam H. “Billy” Winston and Mary Frances “Cassie” Allen Winston.
He is survived by his wife Tammie Marshall Winston of McKenzie, three children Scotty Winston and wife Kelly of Paris, Tami Winston of Dresden and Brian Winston and wife Allison of McKenzie, seven grandchildren Grayson, Corban, Cohen, Regan, Riley, Avery and Owen and one great-grandson Ellison.
