I was so sadden to hear of Genaro's passing from my young brother. My mother, my sister Alma and my brother Gabriel sat in my mother's living room, remembering stories of the Hernandez family. Although we lost touch over the years, it is evident that the humbleness and kindness that Genaro demonstrated as a boy, stayed with him through life.
