GENEVIEVE "GEN" BURKE

BURKE, Genevieve "Gen" (Creedon) Of Brighton, passed away on February 14, 2021. Beloved wife for over 67 years to the late Francis "Bud" Burke. Devoted mother of Paul and his wife Lorrice Burke of Sandown, NH, Robert of Brighton, William and his wife Eileen Bens-Burke of Hooksett, NH, Karen Popp and her husband Charles, Maryann Kelley and her husband Keith, all of Brighton, David Burke and his partner Annie Costello of Quincy. Sister of Eileen Savage and the late Gertrude Broderick. Loving Grammy to 17 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church, 321 Market Street, Brighton, on Saturday, Feb. 20th, at 10:30am. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. Gen was a late member of the St. Columbkille Sodality and State Regent for Court Our Lady of the Presentation #1545 Catholic Daughters. She also worked part-time at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Patient Information for many years.
