Genowefa Orszulak, nee Miekina, Age 83, passed away on April 24, 2025.
Genowefa Orszulak, a beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on September 17, 1941, in Poland, Genowefa's life was a testament to the power of gentleness and devotion. She was the cherished matriarch of a family that admired her deeply, including her late beloved husband, Ludwik Orszulak, and her predeceased parents, Franciszka and Adam Miekina, along with her sisters, Stanislawa and Janina.
Genowefa's spirit will be carried on by her surviving siblings, Zofia, Wladyslawa, and Józef, who shared innumerable precious memories. Her legacy of love continues through her devoted children, Krystyna Prusak and Marek Orszulak, her caring son-in-law Janusz Prusak, and her loving daughter-in-law Sabina Orszulak. Her grandchildren, Monika and Mateusz Prusak, Grzegorz, Patrycja, Kasia, and Gabriela Orszulak, will forever hold her in their hearts, as will her granddaughter-in-law, Sylwia, and her great-granddaughter, Emily Orszulak, who brought immense joy to her later years.
A woman of unwavering faith, Genowefa found solace and strength in prayer, a practice that she cherished and instilled in her family. Her melodious voice was often heard singing hymns that resonated with the love she felt for her faith and those around her. The time spent with her grandchildren was the highlight of her days, filled with laughter, stories, and the wisdom she was eager to share.
