Published by Legacy on Dec. 15, 2022.
George Edmiston, 66, of Heath, Ohio died on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. He was born September 13, 1956 in Webster Springs, WV to the late Dr. George B. Edmiston and Beatrice Martin Edmiston.

George met the love of his life, Lynette Sass, and they married in April 1995. George was an accomplished guitar player, and an avid student of history, especially World War II. His friends and family will remember his wicked sense of humor, love of debate, and fierce loyalty to those he loved.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years, Lynette Sass Edmiston; his two sisters, Carol (James) Edmiston of Springfield, Ohio and Jane (Michael) Pfautsch of Granville, Ohio; loving in-laws; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held in April.
Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for George and the Edmiston family.
