What wonderful memories we have with George and Joan, Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa! Visits with them were centered around holidays, hunting, weddings and graduations. George always had a contagious twinkle in his blue eyes that made you wonder what happy thoughts he was thinking and a warmth in his smile that gave you a glimpse into his heart that was filled with love, joy and peace grown from a deep friendship with his Lord Jesus. I can hear his beautiful voice singing "Coming Again" and "Just a Closer Walk With Thee" as he was strumming his strings. He will be greatly missed by all of us but I know we didn´t lose him because we know where he is! He´s sitting at the feet of Jesus right beside David and all of those who have gone before us. Our Lord has spoken these words for George Gardner: "Welcome Home, good and faithful servant!"
