Dear Dad:
Two years feels like yesterday. Missing you never gets easier. I'll miss you for the rest of my life and I thank you for all the lessons, blessings, and wisdom you shared with me. Not a day goes by that you aren't on my mind and in my heart. I love you, forever.

Dear Sweet Father, my best friend, my neighbor, "the best":
Thank you for being the reason I am here on Earth, for trusting me as a daughter and caregiver in every way and for knowing intuitively, decades ago, that you could. Thank you for being YOU, for the privilege and honor of sharing so much of yourself with my family and me. Thank you, if it had to be, for taking the last breath with me, solely, bowing in head to head, in the quiet pre-dawn hours. My time with you has been the highest privilege and honor and I will be forever grateful. I will continue to honor you forever. Nothing here will be the same. Although, your orders and advice for us were always, "Don't worry 'bout a thing, cuz every little thing's gonna be alright . . . " Don't be afraid to channel a little guidance my way and I'll be sure to look for the signs. We will always love and miss you. "Sleep well, Father. Dream with the angels . . . "
