In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his wife Judy Heldeffer.
George leaves behind his sons Greg Heldeffer and Kevin Heldeffer, his grandson Tyler Heldeffer Kinkes, and his sister Georgia Webb.
He retired as a steelworker and enjoyed travel, particularly to Baltimore, Maryland.
George's private arrangements have been entrusted to Altmeyer Funeral Homes Wheeling Chapel.
