To all of the Hidock family,

We were so sorry to hear about the passing of George. We have such fond memories of George when we all lived in West Endicott as kids.

Mike would bring Pete and George and Barbara would bring Bonnie and me ( Nancy ) and we would all go hunting ( chickmunks ) in the woods off of Glendale. We always had a good time together.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I was shocked and saddened to here about George. I had just talked with him this past summer. He was such a good guy! Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.

Sorry to hear about George. I remember how he and Danny used to go fishing many years ago when the Hidocks lived across the street from us. I'm sure he will be missed.

Lorie, Holly, and the Hidock Family,

Our deepest condolences to you and your family upon the passing of George.

We were so fortunate to be next-door neighbors to the Hidock Family on June Street in West Endicott in the 1960's (and much longer).

I will always remember George and have wonderful memories of the times that he spent teaching my brothers and myself to shoot a bow and also learn how to fish and hunt; hobbies that we still enjoy to this day! George was a wealth of knowledge when it came to enjoying nature and the outdoors.

I can honestly say that through George's patience, guidance, and appreciation of nature, he was instrumental in sharing his positive activities that kept us from getting into trouble.
When I think of people who haved shaped my life, George is at the top.

It seems that words are never adequate. We will always remember the awesome memories that we are privileged to have in knowing George. I know that the entire Hidock family will really miss George and please be sure you know that the Wheeler family will dearly miss him, also.
