George M. Kulka, 75 of Wesley, AR, passed away November 28, 2025, at his home. He was born June 24, 1950, in Dearborn, Michigan, the son of Nick J. Kulka and Nelda Gage Kulka.

In his early teens, George began working with his uncle Ralph Gage building chicken houses. After graduating from Huntsville High School in 1968, He enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from Elkart Products Corporation in 2015 after 40 years.

George loved camping, hunting, and fishing.

He especially loved when he and "the guys" had deer camp up on Shootin' Creek. He was added to the Arkansas Trappers Association Hall of Honors this year.

He was a member of Richland Baptist Church at Mt. Olive.

George was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Nicholas J. Kulka; his maternal grandparents, John and Minnie Ward Gage; and his father and mother-in-law, Bob and Bonita Sanders.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia Sanders Kulka, of the home; a son Michael L. Kulka of Wesley; a daughter and son-in-law Marla and Heath Barksdale of Witter; and a couple he loved like his own, Justin and Amber Wilson of Elkins.

Grandchildren Andrea and Mac Leichner, Cody Wilson and Paige Bennett, Emily and Michael Cluer, Sarah Barksdale and Harley Owens. Great-grandchildren, Amelia and Adley Clark, Ellie and Eila Leichner, and bonus great-grandchildren Logunn, Haidyn, and Knox Cluer. Several cousins and his little best friend, Sparky.

Visitation will be Monday, December 1, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, December 2, at 11:00AM, at Richland Baptist Church, with Elder Eddie Samuels and Elder Kent Boyd officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Heath Barksdale, Mac Leichner, David Tate, Cody Wilson, Harley Owens, and Michael Cluer.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny Litterell, Russell Boyd, Norman and Josh Gage, Rusty and Justin Tate, Elder Gary Jewell, Elder John Napier, Gene Boyd, Harold Pitts, Gene Boatright, Ronnie McCoy, Lanny Samuels, and Dakota Marchand.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Washington Regional Hospice, especially to his wonderful nurse, Alma.
