George U. Nystrom

George was my grandpa (papa George) and it is so hard not having him in my life. Love you papa. ❤

I was part of the Travel Dept at CfA and therefore got to know a great many engineers and scientists over the years. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to George's family on the loss of such a lovely man...a gracious soul.

I worked alongside of George for many decades @SAO. He was supremely talented, easy to get along with and very much a family man. George as an engineer and as a person will be missed.

Traveled to Italy with George and Judy years ago. Special time in our life. George once said "life is made up of memories". Thanks for all the special memories George. We will never forget you. Love John & Sharyn Guarnieri
