George Wright Pringle of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on February 4, 1935, in Oak Park, Illinois, he was the son of George and Marjorie Hyndman Pringle.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran, George demonstrated exemplary service to his country. George met Wanda Woodland on February 10, 1987, and the two were inseparable until his death. He was an electrician throughout his career. In 2011, George relocated to Mountain Home from Witts Springs, with a brief stay in Texas, where he continued to find joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was a proud member of The Bridge Baptist Church. George was proud of his home, maintained an immaculate lawn, and kept everything in the home in perfect working order. George's favorite pastime was repairing anything broken.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Wanda Pringle of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and he was preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Service honoring George’s life will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at The Bridge Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Hershel Conley. Military Honors will be performed by the Alley-White American Legion Post #52 and the United States Navy Honor Guards. George will be laid to rest at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Mountain Home, Arkansas.
