George Edward Smith, Sr. departed this life on March 22, 2026, at the age of 57. Viewing will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Galilee Baptist Church, 25969 Haynes Settlement Rd, Springfield, LA, 70462 at 6 pm to 8 pm. Viewing will resume on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 10 am until the religious serve at 1 pm. Dr. Warren Richard will be officiating the service. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
