Publish in a newspaper

Georgia Ileene Williams was born on July 18, 1943, in Jackson County, KY and departed this life on November 8, 2025, in Richmond, KY at the age of 82. She was the daughter of the late Elbert and Leona Bowles.
She is survived by five children: Debbie Nunn (and husband Eddie) of Gray Hawk, Tammy Williams, Bobbie Cavins and Brian Williams all of Tyner, and Greg Williams (and wife Shanna) of Berea. She is also survived by seven siblings: Wendell Bowles (and wife Florence), Vadus Bowles (and wife Pat), Donnie Bowles (and wife Wanda), Wayne Bowles (and wife Teresa), Marlene Reams (and husband Carmen), Darlene Combs (and husband Rex), Trisha Watkins (her husband Lester) as well as four grandchildren: April Nunn, Stephanie Sizemore (and husband Michael), Dillon Williams (and wife Ashton), and Summer Cramer; three step grandchildren, (Ryan, Samuel and Haley Hanna), and one great-grandchild (Madi Williams).
In addition to her parents, Georgia was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and Lonnie Bowles, one sister Doris Baldwin, and by one son-in-law, Stevie Cavins.
Georgia was a proud member of the Tyner Baptist Church. She loved visiting with her siblings and a good cup of coffee. She enjoyed family dinners and birthday parties and any chance to celebrate life. When she was home she enjoyed word search games, true crime shows and watching the Syfy channel. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved the color pink, Christmas, and collecting snow globes, teapots, and salt and pepper shakers. She was friendly to everyone and treated strangers like family. She believed there was some good in everyone she met. She loved Jesus and I'm sure is she were here today; she would tell you to get to church and work on your relationship with Christ. She will be remembered as someone that loved God, loved people, and loved living her life to the fullest. She will be missed by everyone she touched.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Scotty Witt presiding. Burial will follow in the Reynolds Cemetery. Pallbearers include Wayne Bowles, Donnie Bowles, Wendell Bowles, Michael Sizemore, Brad Bowles and Vadus Bowles.
A visitation will begin at 12 Noon on Wednesday at the Lakes Funeral Home Chapell in McKee.
