Gerald Linn Brown

Gerald Linn Brown, 74, of Cincinnati, passed away on December 14, 2025 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born December 12, 1951 to James and Ellen Brown and was raised in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
Gerald worked in computers while in the U.S. Air Force. In 1977 he was awarded the "Senior Missile Man Badge" for his work with top secret spy satellites. The spy satellite is now on display at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. He later used his skills in computers working as an IT Specialist for Western & Southern.
Gerald was a member of the Amateur Astronomer Organization.
He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Brown, mother, Ellen B. Brown. Gerald is survived by his wife, Lynda Brown, brother, Mark (Paula) Brown, brother, Del (Vickie) Brown, sister, Gayle (Mark) Bruns, nieces and nephews; Christina Brown Marshall, SarahAbbey Quaye, Whitney Bruns, Jonathan Brown, Steven Brown, mother-in-law, Margie Rieger, brother-in-Law, William (Bill) (Jeannie) Rieger, brother-in-law, John (Jack) (Deborah (Debbie)) Rieger, sister-in-law, Nancy (Herb Reckelhoff) Rieger.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Dobbling Funeral Home, 106 S. Fort Thomas Ave., Fort Thomas, KY 41075. A funeral service will begin at 10:30 am at Dobbling Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Alexandria Cemetery immediately following the service.
