Gerald F. DeVeau

Jerry was a good friend and worker when we were together about 50 years ago. I stopped to visit his place one day and met Betty (after 40+ years), Joe and Bobby Malonson, who passed away last year. Sorry I did not find out till now. My condolences to Betty and friend that knew him.

You were and Will always be my most favorite uncle. Now that I think about it; it is because of you and Aunt Betty that I am even here. You introduced my parents! Thank you for that. Growing up I always looked forward to a visit to your house. Whether it be the 4th of July or Christmas eve exchanging gifts, Swimming, playing bumper pool, going for rides with my cousins on the tryke motorbike; that you made with the bench seat from a VW bug.  I wish, as the years went by l had made the time to visit more. But You and Aunt Betty showed up, several times, at the Cafe. I loved and appreciated every visit with you both. You were always in my Heart and that is where you will remain. Gerald has been a wonderful friend for over forty years. He was always there to lend a helping hand if you needed one. There are so many happy memories going back over the years. He will be sorely missed by so many of his friends.
