Dear Grafius family, We are so sorry for your loss. Mr Grafius was our last "forever neighbor". We moved in way back in 1992 and both he and Mrs Grafius welcomed us along with the Robie family. Through all the dogs, gardens and lawn mowing over the years Jerry was always there with a smile and a story. He will be greatly missed. Kathleen and Mark Krysiak

Gerry was such a great guy with the most contagious voice! You could hear him from a mile away! I have some great memories of him when I was younger, he would always tug on my pig tails and call me moose ears! The summer corn roasts at his house were a blast with us kids always begging him to take us for tractor rides on his land in the back. You will be missed Gerry! Please tell Poof hello from me !

He would tug on my pig tails and call me moose ears! I loved the summer corn roasts and we would always beg Gerry to take us kids for a tractor ride behind his house! Thanks for the great memories! Our condolences to the entire family. We are so saddened to hear of his passing. I was fortunate enough to visit Jerry not that long ago while visiting my family in Erie. We talked for an hour or so and reminisced about the good old days on Bird Drive. I was surprised on all of the things we remembered and I was really touched by one memory he mentioned about when he visited Beth and I in Rochester NY with my parents. He talked about the huge steak my dad had and even remembered the restaurant, FDRs. We had a good laugh over that. The fact he remembered that was really surprising. It really made me feel good. I felt so good after that visit I just wished I would have done it more often. We will never forget you Jerry, rest in peace. "The Flea".
