Gerald L Guest

Gerald L. Guest passed away February 7, 2023, unexpectedly at his home at the age of 75. He was born November 23, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan to Ralph G and Marjorie (Benney) Guest. Gerald graduated from DeVilbis High School in 1965, he has an associate's degree from The University of Toledo, and a bachelor's degree from Lourdes College in Religious Studies. Gerald retired from TruGreen Chem Lawn Service after 25 years of dedicated service.
He was an avid book reader and loved it, taking walks at the park, and going out with his family. He was a very proud Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era in East Berlin, Germany. Always quick with the wit and a great comeback. He was always the first one to answer the questions on Jeopardy.
Gerald is preceded in death by his parents & mother of his children, MaryAnn Gawronski. He's survived by his children Jessica, Kenyetta, and Harrison Guest; grandchildren Xavier, Audriella and Kentrell; sister Patricia Bernal, brother Edward Guest; niece Danielle; nephew Trevor and enjoyed his political discussions with his sister-in-law Patricia Ball and many more cousins, and also a good friend Dale Whitmore.
