Devoted father of the late Gerald Helmerich II, Laura (Roger) Rosson, Todd (Beth) Helmerich and the late Tracy (Tim) Tomkovich.
Proud grandfather of Michael, Megan (Peter), Miles (Taylor) and Ella.
Loving son of the late Russell and Lavinia (nee Rolfes) Helmerich.
Dear brother of the late Betty.
Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Proud iron worker with Union Local 63.
Visitation Thursday 8:30 a.m. until time of Service 11:30 a.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL.
Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery
