Gerald Wendell Hill, beloved husband, dedicated worker, and cherished friend to many, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 15th, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on Saturday, June 20th, 1959, in Cordele, Georgia, Gerald spent his later years residing in Riviera Beach, Florida, where he brought joy and warmth to the community.
Gerald is survived by his devoted wife, Josephine "Joy" Bulasa Hill, who stood by his side through life's many adventures.
Gerald was a diligent and friendly presence as a deli worker. His dedication to his work and his warm smile left a lasting impression on both his colleagues and customers alike. Gerald took pride in serving others, always ready with a kind word or helpful hand.
Arrangements for Gerald Wendell Hill have been thoughtfully provided by Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Family, friends, and all those whose lives Gerald touched are invited to celebrate and honor his life as they come together to remember a man who truly made the world a better place. A memorial ceremony in Gerald's honor will be announced at a later time.
Gerald's presence will be sorely missed, but his legacy of love and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we say goodbye to a remarkable husband and friend, we hold on to the memories and lessons he leaves behind.
