Survived by: wife, Ruth Johnson, Fort Calhoun, NE; sons, Jeremiah Johnson, Moorhead, MN, Joshua (Sarah) Johnson and Jacob (Carley) Johnson, both of Bennington, NE, son, Joseph (Amber) Johnson, Omaha; sisters, Donna Maxey, Omaha, Barb Dunning, Lincoln, NE; brother, Ted Johnson, Omaha; grandchildren, Scarlett, Savannah, Jace, Ty, Chloe and Jack, Bennington, NE, Jett and Jax, Omaha; mother, Rose Johnson, Omaha; several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION AND ROSARY SERVICE: 12 to 3 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2025, with Rosary Service at 2 p.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Omaha, NE.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2025 also at St. Thomas More.
INURNMENT: Privately at a later date.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, Memorials Suggested To: Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue.
