Dearest Friend,
This fine day finds me thinking once again of you Jerry, my good friend.
Brooklyn born – you love your country, your family and above all your beloved wife Anna.
Jerry, you have no idea how I admire your fine character – your dedication and faithfulness to your life’s mate Anna, your children, grandchildren and friends.
Dear heart, you show kindness and generosity to all without prejudice. All are welcome to your bountiful table. Your home always a source of comfort and shelter to those in need, of your ready smile and caring attention, never intrusive, always supportive.
You showed me how a real man acts and responds to those he loves.
Through all the mountains and valleys of life, you, dear man, showed constant strength and you never shunned its challenges.
You loved and served your God humbly, privately, and continuously and never obtrusive – always respectful of others and their beliefs.
To me in particular, when I came to you with my soul bloody and nowhere to go, you and your dear Anna opened your hearts to me – letting me know where God was.
Thank you my love.
God’s blessings,
Patricia

John Keats once wrote "A thing of beauty is a joy forever." And so ... Jerry shall forever be a joy to all of us who knew and loved him.
My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Jerry's family, especially Ann, during this time of great loss.
Love,
Sandy

Jerry had a genuine love for us all; as we did for him. I thank him for his guidence, example and inspiration for my two sons. He was and remains a shining example of what a man should aspire to be. He was loving, kind, and a wonderful and thoughtful husband and father. I thank him for his genuine respect for women. He had a way of making everyone special. I, and my sons will miss you greatly. Love you Jer! (I know that you are working overtime now. The good thing is that you will never get tired!)

Jerry was one of my favorite people. As a kid growing up I always knew he was there for me, to supporting me as a child, to helping me when I got my first apartment, to being the man that married me off :} and for giving me a shot when I didn't think I could follow through with my marriage. Jerry always has positive words and encouragement. He will be greatly missed. I love you Mr.Motcavcsky!
