Gerald A. Myslinski

Gerald Andrew Myslinski of Somerset, Passed away peacefully at home on November 13th 2024. He was 81 years old.
Gerald was born and raised in Perth Amboy before permanently settling in Somerset with his wife Mary Anne. Gerald and Mary Anne were longtime residents of Somerset for over 40 years.
Shortly after graduating high school, Gerald would join the US Army to serve his country during the Vietnam War. Once Gerald returned home, he worked for Goodyear, ultimately working his way up to management but often told stories of being happiest unloading tire trucks with his co-workers. Upon his retirement, Gerald would work the next 24 years as a school bus driver for the Franklin Township Board of Education.
Gerald was an avid dog lover, Irish Setters in particular. He would spend his free time golfing in Myrtle Beach with his brother, Joe. In the 80s, he had a mountain house in the Poconos and loved fishing with his nephews.
Mr. Myslinski is predeceased by his loving wife Mary Anne (Robinson), his parents Joseph Michael Myslinski and Pauline (Humenick) Myslinski and his brother Joseph.
He is survived by his three nephews, Brian, Paul and Luke; and four grandnephews, Steven, Alex, William, and Michael; and grandniece Aly.
Private cremation service have been held under the professional direction of the Gleason Funeral Home, Somerset.
Memorial visitation and service will be held on Saturday, December 28th from 2 to 4 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home, 1360 Hamilton Street, Somerset.
