Jerry was born in Green Bay, at St. Vincent's Hospital to Richard and Alice Thyssen on April 29th, 1955. He retired from Wolter Inc., Formerly Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp., in De Pere. He had a passion for hotrods and classic cars and spent much of his time updating, fixing, and restoring vehicles.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Alice Thyssen and Brother, Thomas Thyssen, all of De Pere.
He is survived by sister, Donna Grauvogl of Oconto.
There will be no public services, but friends and family are welcome to leave remembrances on the Tribute Wall through the funeral home website, www.ryanfh.com. Private Burial of ashes will be held at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in De Pere. Arrangements by Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, De Pere.

Donna, JT was kind to all of us in the offices. He always brought us breakfast sandwiches & had a drawer dedicated to all sorts of candy for everyone who stopped by his work station. I am sorry to hear of his sudden passing. God bless you and your family during the holiday season. Kelly Gittens
