Gerald "Jerry" Wayman

So sorry to hear of the passing of Jerry. He was a great addition to the little town of Burton, and I know he is missed.

It was pleasure working with Jerry. He was a man of integrity.

A lovely memorial for Jerry yesterday. Sly funeral home was packed with people the entire time of visitation sharing their stories and sympathies with his wife Sue, Jeremy and other family members. Father Jacob Bearer gave a very wonderful send off eulogy and several friends shared some kind and loving thoughts about Jerry and his impact on their lives. Jerry would have really enjoyed the evening and would have gotten a kick out of one of the songs "Mow Jerry mow!" Everyone who knew Jerry knew that his lawn was his pride and joy. The song was perfect.
Sue took such great care of Jerry since his surgery and for months after. He was always comfortable and clean. That was a tall order to care for him when he was so sick and weak. But she did that and did that well.

I'm so sorry to hear this .... thought he would live forever. Prayers for all his friends and family.

I am so sorry to hear of Jerry´s passing. I only knew Jerry for a short time but could tell he was a wonderful person always. Also his wife Sue is a sweet person. My condolences and prayers to all.
