Jerry Wolters, 61, passed away Feb 15, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He loved fishing and cooking for the people he cared about, especially his spaghetti, roast, and baked beans. He was a wonderful firstborn to his loving mom and the very best big brother to his six siblings, leading with quiet strength and a big heart, always making people feel welcome (e.g., nobody left the house without a butter bowl of leftovers).
He is survived by his mother, Kathy; his children, Destiney (and 3 grandchildren), Brittany, Roxanne, and Olivia; and his siblings, Ron, Mike (Amanda), Yvonne, and Stormey; along with many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Bob and Tony, and his baby girl, Leighanne.
He will be deeply missed and always remembered.
Celebration of Life will be held at Yvonne 's house in Brook Park from 12:00 to 3:00 pm Saturday, Feb 21, 2026. Contact Yvonne or Kathy for the address.
A dignified cremation has been entrusted to Slone & Company.
