Geraldine Jordan Obituary
Albany, Georgia – Geraldine “Gerry” Tillery Jordan, 88, of Albany, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Viva Senior Living Albany.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 24, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Julian Griner officiating. Private interment will be at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service.
Born December 31, 1936, in Lake Hamilton, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Otis Tillery and the late Helen Montine Hughes Tillery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Eugene Jordan; and brothers, Kenneth Otis “Tebo” Tillery and Donald Lee Tillery.
She retired from the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, Georgia, was a member of First United Methodist Church in Putney and enjoyed quilting.
Survivors include her devoted caregivers and friends, Kathlene Ney and Janice Barfield; as well as other close friends and extended family.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
