Gerty Maria Fitzke

Gerty "Maria" Fitzke, age 90, of Bel Air, MD, died on January 26, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Gindorf, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Kaspar and Klara Tepe Fussangel, and wife of the late Fred W. Fitzke. Mrs. Fitzke is survived by her sons, Dr. Frederick William Fitzke II of London, England and Robert James Fitzke of Baltimore, MD; daughter, Sister Evelyn Clara Fitzke, S.N.D. of Baltimore, MD; and three grandchildren. A Memorial Mass, and interment at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD, will be held at a later date.
