Giacinto Cautilli, 86, of Medway, died peacefully on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the Medway Country Manor. He was the beloved husband of Dora (Lijoi) Cautilli.

Born in San Donato, Italy on August 25, 1939, he was the son of the late Natale and Peppina (Fabrizi) Cautilli.

Giacinto grew up in Italy and came to the United States at the age of 25. He met his wife Dora in New Jersey and resided there until moving to the Boston area. They lived in Chestnut Hill for 40 years until moving to Medway 3 years ago.

Before his retirement, he owned a construction company for many years.

Giacinto loved music, playing the guitar, and was a passionate Italian soccer fan.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Claudio Cautilli and Carlo Cautilli and his wife Jacqueline, and two grandchildren, Christian and Alessandra Cautilli, all of Medway.

He is also survived by two sisters, Donata Leone of New York and Nina Bartolomucci of Italy, and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Carmelo Cautilli, Cesidio Cautilli, Loreta Cautilli and Biagio Cautilli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village Street in Medway at NOON. Burial will take place privately at Evergreen Cemetery in Medway.
