Gilbert Lee was born March 17, 1968 on the NavajoNation to his birth parents Lewis Lee and Irene Marshall, and raised by hisadopted parents Andrew and Etta Lee in the Four Corners region of the USA.Gilbert acquired his grammar education from various schools in the area he grewup until graduating from Bloomfield High School, New Mexico, in June 1987. Heworked briefly in the nearby oilfield industry before enlisting in the UnitedStates Marine Corps in October 1988. Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California,was his primary duty station with the I Marine Expeditionary Force, 1stANGLICO, whose deployments include Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.Lance Corporal Gilbert Lee’s 6 year commitment to military service concludedhonorably in October 1994.

Gilbert’s return to civilian life began in CentralFlorida where he briefly resided before returning home to Bloomfield, NewMexico in September 1995. His desire for success and a lifelong career ambitionto become a truck driver eventually led him to Salt Lake City, Utah in August1996, where he established his home. Gilbert Lee covered thousands uponthousands of miles across the entire country over several decades, but allroads always led him to his daughter Annika and 3 grandsons Channing, Kobyn andNolan.

Gilbert leaves behind his wife Cita Lee. DaughterAnnika Lee (Daniel Hardy). Grandsons Channing Beam, Kobyn Beam, Nolan Hardy.Sisters Shirlene Lee, Maelene Lee. Brother Michael Johnson. Adoptive FatherAndrew Lee, siblings Andrea Thompson, Lolita Lee, Delrena Lee, Alvina Lee,Alton Lee and a host of other family and friends.
