Gil really was a Politician, Latin for
"A Man of the People." He was a longtime friend of our Family, and many other Families of Mercer County, visible, available , and approachable to all. He certainly left his Mark. Deepest sympathy to Frank and all of his Family.

I knew both Gil and Lee; Gil while working for Mercer County and through the Hamilton Jaycees, and Lee when I worked for David Sarnoff Research back in the 70's. They were both wonderful people who contributed greatly to society. They are missed.

Frank and family- I am very sorry to learn of Gil's passing. Gil was an amazing man. Never forgot a name!! He was kind, smart and had an infectious smile and personality. In the days past when I would see Gil, he often discussed his love for family. Frank, Gil was very proud of you.

I have known Gil since our childhood, sharing time at the Hungarian Reformed Church where he was like a big brother to me. Gil and I remained lifelong friends along with his sister Rose, we graduated from Hamilton High School together.
Many wonderful memories of Gil who was a true Gentleman, great Sheriff, loyal public servant and my dear friend. May GOD embrace and provide Gil with eternal peace.
