Gina Maria Fernandez Muriel, 45 years old, passed away on September 18, 2025 at City of Hope, in Zion. Gina was born on January 15, 1980 in Costa Rica. She is survived by her parents Jose Fernandez and Gloria Muriel, family and friends.
Her visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm, with service beginning at 7:00 pm at Iglesia Bíblica Esperanza Viva, 4555 Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL 60031. We will meet on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 noon, at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Memorial Park, 1436 Kenosha Road, Zion, IL 60099. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards the family. For more information, please call, 847-623-3730.
