Gina Grantham, age 52, of Fort Worth, TX passed away on February 20, 2026.
Born on March 23, 1973 in Scott, Arkansas, Gina was the beloved daughter of Jimmy and Kaye Thomas. She went on to pursue a career in nursing, where she dedicated herself to caring for others with compassion, strength, and kindness.
As an oncology nurse, Gina touched the lives of countless patients, families, and coworkers. She was known for easing the minds of those suffering from cancer and always making her coworkers laugh.
Above all, Gina was a loving and devoted mother. She found her greatest joy in raising her two children, Trey and Jake, and cherished every moment spent with them. She would brag on them to anyone who would listen.
She is survived by her children, Trey and Jake Grantham; her sister, Kim Hughes (Randy Hughes); and many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her. She also leaves behind her faithful companion, Maverick.
Gina will be remembered for her fun-loving personality, her dedication to her family, and the lasting impact she made on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

I worked with Gina at Plaza. She was a phenomenal nurse with a heart of gold. Kind, funny and sassy. I loved working with her. Such a beautiful soul. Condolences to her boys, she talked of you often, so much love there. Rest in peace and love, Gina.

Gina and I were not close,but I still considered her my friend she was my age but a grade above me,she was always really nice to me,she will be missed by many!!
