Gina Bethanne Key

Gina Bethanne Key, 51, of Elwood, passed away on August 1, 2017 at IU Health University after an extended illness. She was born in Anderson on March 15, 1966 to the late Plez Kermit and Joyce Ann (Conley) Key. Gina enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, Christian, Nicolas, Eliana, and Francesca, singing, dancing, gardening shopping, watching movies, and loved her pets. She is survived by her daughter, Sheena (Victor) Ramirez of Anderson; grandchildren, Christian, Nicolas, Eliana, Francesca; siblings, Christopher Key, Lisa (Charles) Key-Weir, Jennifer (Ron) Arnold; Aunts, Marie Buckner, and Evelyn Key-Mata; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. Gina was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Gertie Williams; paternal grandparents, Casto and Bessi Key; Aunt Lou; grandchildren, Lucas and Luciana Ramirez. Services will be on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with burial at East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the funeral home in care of Gina's family.
