Gina A. (Petrarca) Lytle, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. She was 40 years of age. She was the beloved wife of Stephen Lytle. Born in Warwick, Gina was the daughter of Alfred V. and Laurane (Phelps) Petrarca.
Gina was blessed with a joyful sense of humor that she loved to share with others. She loved cooking for her husband, taking trips to Disneyworld and camping during the summer months. She and her husband could often be found at Normandy Farms Campground where they formed close friendships with their fellow campers. Gina was the proud Godmother to Violet and Lincoln LaCroix. She was an advocate for rescuing homeless dogs and her beloved adopted pit bull, Willow, will miss being by her side.
Gina was the loving sister of Mario V. Petrarca; aunt to Zack, Nick, Sydney and Sophie and 'Auntie G' to many of her friends' children. She was predeceased by her loving grandparents, Howe B. and Aline (Lavallee) Phelps and Elena Petrarca.
She will be missed tremendously by her family, close-knit circle of friends and all those who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 9AM-12PM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 7312, Warwick, RI 02886 or the RISPCA 155 Plan Way, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated.
