With broken hearts, we share the passing of Giovanni T. Ulvano, who left this world on December 2, 2025, at only 26 years old. Born in The Bronx, New York, and later making his home in Oakwood, Georgia, Giovanni lived a life full of love, passion, and unforgettable presence.
Giovanni is survived by his wife and soulmate, Yahisha Ulvano, the person he loved, protected, and built a future with. He leaves behind his mother, Lisa Mercado-Williams, his father Glenn Williams and his siblings Marcus, Nicole, and Neveah, who will forever carry him in their hearts. His beloved pets, Luna Mia and Milo, will forever search for the warmth of his voice and the comfort of his footsteps.
Giovanni was a man with a big heart and an even bigger spirit. He loved sneakers, hats, cooking, music, and traveling, and he lived with energy, curiosity, and passion. He was funny, stubborn in the best way, protective, determined, hardworking, loving, and endlessly caring.
To know Giovanni was to feel his loyalty and his love. He made people laugh without trying, and he stood tall in every room-not just because of his confidence, but because of the way he cared.
Anyone who knew him can still hear him proudly say:
"I'm the Big G."
And he was - bold, unforgettable, one of one.
Though his time here was far too short, his impact will never fade. Giovanni's laughter, his love, his energy, and his memory will live on in every story shared, every song played, and every heart he touched.
Rest easy, Giovanni.
You were loved beyond measure.
You will be missed beyond words.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel.
