Gladys Lovell Hite

Gladys Lovell Hite age 96 of Morganfield, passed away on Friday November 14, 2025 at the Breckinridge Place in Morganfield, KY. She was born August 12, 1929 to the late Frank & Gertrude Kaster Mills in Waverly, KY. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. She worked as a Union County Deputy Clerk for Bob Truitt & Eddie Phingston in the 80's. She also drove a school bus for Union County School Systems. Her enjoyment of playing cards and will be remember for her contagious smile and laugh.
She is preceded in death by her parents Frank & Gertrude Kaster Mills, first husband Reburn Lovell, second husband John Hite, a son Darrell Lovell, sister Sue Syers and a brothers Billy Tom Mills & Jack Mills.

2- Sons Gary Lovell & wife Lou of Morganfield, KY
Randy Lovell & wife Suzy of Henderson, KY
1-Daughter Darla Finley & husband Larry of Lexington, KY
Daughter-in law Sara Lovell of Henderson, KY
5- grandchildren Matt Lovell, Lori Girven, Calli Clark, Alex Lovell & Leuke Lovell.
7- Great- grandchildren
Funeral Service will be 12 PM on Monday 11/17/2025 at the St. Ann Catholic Church in Morganfield, KY. Fr. Freddie Byrd will officiate. Visitation will be 10 AM until service time at the church. Burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Morganfield, KY. Memorial contributations can be made to John Paul II School.
