Gladys Ozell Johnson

Gladys Ozell Johnson went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 25, 2026. Ozell Johnson was born to Berniece Vernon (Pat) and Gladys Armatha Eason Johnson on July 11, 1936, in Rolla, Arkansas.

Ozell attended school at Lono, Fairview, and Malvern. She graduated class of 1955 of Malvern High School. She was a lifetime member of the L’Eau Fraiz Methodist Church, and the Order of Eastern Star.

Ozell is preceded in death by her parents, brothers J.M. Johnson, R.V. Johnson, Harold Johnson, and David Johnson, her nephew Robert Lynn Johnson, great nephew Keith Johnson, and niece in law Beverly Johnson.

Ozell is survived by sister in-laws Peggy Johnson, Janice Johnson, and Johnette Johnson.

Nieces and nephews Mitchell Johnson, Debbie Rose, Lisa Trueblood, Suzie Johnson, Micheal Johnson, James Mark Johnson, Gail Johnson, Mark Curtis Johnson, Pat Johnson, Diane Tucker, and Joe Johnson. Several great and great, great nieces, and nephews, and lots of cousins and her wonderful caregivers Crystal, Callas, and Debbie Johnson.

Pallbearers are Mike, James, Mark, Mark Curtis, Joe, Mitch, and Dustin Johnson.

Honorary Pallbearers are TJ Johnson, Brent Johnson, Scott Gray, Pat Johnson, Shawn Gray, and Trey Catlett.

Services for Ozell will be Saturday March 28th at 1pm with visitation starting at 12pm at the L’Eau Fraiz Church with Pastor Troy Cates officiating the service. Services are under the direction of Atkinson Funeral Home. www.atkinsonfuneralhome.net
