Gladys Winston Obituary

WINSTON, Gladys J., 94, of Henrico, transitioned to her Heavenly home on April 29, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel H. Winston. She is survived by her godchildren, Glenda B. Jackson and George David Long Jr.; devoted caregivers, Carole and George D. Long Sr. Mrs. Winston was a 30 year retiree of Bell Atlantic Telephone Company. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, May 11. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 12, at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment Greenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to your favorite charity. Online guestbook and live streaming at scottsfuneralhome.com.
