in Heavener, Oklahoma to Ruth and Elmer Cagle. Retired from Phillips Petroleum Company in 1986.
Glen was the Director of the Safety Department at Philtex in Borger, Texas. Glen served 4 years in the
Navy during the Korean conflict.
Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Charlene Cagle; daughters Valarie Cagle Smith and Lisa Pruett
Haubrich; 7 grandchildren; Kristin Cagle Roberts (Phillip), Aaron Daniel Tuten (Crystal), Lyndsay Danielle
Lamont (Michael), David Farley Hurlbert, Crystal Wilson and Lanita Pruett, 7 great grandchildren; Rose
Lee Cagle Roberts, Ashton Cory Tuten, Amaryllis Belle Tuten, Gavin Dean Lamont, Cyrilla Danielle
Lamont, Chase Wilson, and Cole Wilson. Predeceased by sons Charles Wayne Cagle and Bobby Pruett, Jr.
The family would like to thank BSA Hospice for their excellent care and compassion, especially Misty,
Michelle, Ashley, and Kathy. They would also like to acknowledge the Ussery-Roan Texas State Veterans
Home in Amarillo for their support during his final journey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Friends of the Hutchinson County Library, in
memory of Glen Edward Cagle.
