Glen Davidson Obituary

Glen A Davidson

Born: June 5, 1950 | Died: November 9, 2025

Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Veteran, and Friend. It is with deep sorrow to announce the passing of our beloved Husband and Father, Glen Andrew Davidson Sr., born on June 5, 1950, in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Glen peacefully passed away at home with his family on November 9, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and devotion. In his early years he resided in Louisville, Kentucky. There he met and married the love of his life Sharon Bodner. Together, they built a family and their marriage flourished for fifty-four beautiful years. After marrying Sharon, Glen moved to Alcoa, Tennessee where they raised their four children: Sonya, Sheila, Glen Jr., and James. Glen was the most devoted father who always put his family first, instilling values of faith, hard work and integrity in each of his children. Glen was a proud veteran who served his country in the United States Navy. His commitment to service and duty was evident throughout his life, both in his career and in his relationships with others. Glen dedicated over 40 years of his professional life to REMCO in Alcoa, Tennessee. He was known by his colleagues for his reliability, expertise, and warm spirit. Glen's work ethic and integrity made a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Above all, Glen was a Christian who walked with the Lord daily, being an example of the love of Christ showing compassion and support to his friends, family, and neighbors. Glen was a steadfast presence in his community, always ready with a helping hand or a kind word. Glen Andrew Davidson will be deeply missed by his wife Sharon, children Sonya Davidson, Shelia (Brian) Long, proceeding in death Glen Jr. (Traci) Davidson, James (Renelyn) Davidson. Siblings Judy Davidson Willoughby and Bobby (Evelyn) Davidson. His beloved grandchildren; Ashton Davidson, Riley Long, Brady Long, Brantleigh Davidson, and Adrian Davidson. A special recognition to Ali Evans from the family and to all those whose lives he has touched. His legacy of service, love, and faith will endure in the hearts of family and friends for generations to come. Glen Andrew Davidson Sr. a beloved husband, father, veteran, and friend you are deeply missed and will remain forever in our hearts. Rest in peace.
