Glen Duane Robinson

Glen Duane Robinson, a  longtime member of the Atwood Community, has passed away at Mason Health and Rehabilitation of Warsaw on February 17,2024.  He was born on September 18, 1945, in Warsaw to Willard and Jessie (Carpenter) Robinson. Glen attended school in Atwood and was a proud Atwood Greyhound though he graduated from Warsaw High School after the merging of two schools during his Senior year. 

Glen was a hard worker and spent more than 35 years with R.R. Donnelley and Sons and later dedicated 12 years with the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department. While with the Sheriff's Department, he worked with the Work Release program. Beyond his professional life, he was a longtime member of the Warsaw Moose Lodge; Glen earned one of the Lodge's highest honors (Pilgrim) through dedication to service and honor. He was also a talented woodworker, crafting small pieces and intricate furniture too. Many family members and friends have his work in their homes today. Glen was known for his sarcastic sense of humor and spinning tall tales; he is also remembered for his ability to shoot Bull Shit.

Glen leaves behind his two sons: Tyron Robinson (wife, Zelpha) of Pierceton and Ryan Robinson (wife, Melissa) of Leesburg; three grandchildren: Ryne, Isabela & Ithica; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Jessie Robinson; siblings, Roger Robinson (wife, Nellie) and Donna Jane Truex (husband, Jim). 

A visitation to honor and celebrate Glen Robinson's life will be held at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Warsaw on February 23, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The gathering will serve as an opportunity for all those touched by Glen's kind soul to pay their respects and share fond memories that will forever keep his legacy alive. 

Glen will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for the warmth and care he extended to all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him. May he rest in eternal peace knowing that he made a significant difference in the lives he touched throughout his remarkable journey.
