Glenda Louise Edelbrock, 81 yrs of Dundee, MI, died Wednesday December 10, 2025, in her residence under the care of Hospice of Lenawee. Glenda was surrounded by her family and friends. Visitation will occur on Tuesday December 16, 2025, from 4-7PM at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, MI. She will lie-in-state at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ida, MI, on Wednesday December 17, 2025, from 10:30AM until the Mass of the Resurrection at 11AM. Father Christopher Muer will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Ida, MI.

Born June 27, 1944, in Bloomington, IL. Glenda was the daughter Ray and Evelyn (Kerber) Stevens. She was a 1962 graduate of Octavia High School in Colfax, IL. She married Donald Edelbrock on June 27, 1964, at St. Irene Catholic Church, Dundee, MI. Glenda worked for the Secretary of State as a clerk for many years. Glenda was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ida, MI. Glenda loved her family and friends, trips to the casino, reading, and in earlier years she loved exercising and dancing. Everyone who knew her called her mom.

Survivors include: her husband, Donald; children, Jeffrey (Cindy) Edelbrock, Kim (Tim Keller) Littlefield, Marci (John) Malpert; siblings, Duane (Liz) Stevens, Joanie (Gary) Brunt, Trudy (Tom) Goodin, Jonalyn (Frank) Elkins; sister-in-law, Cheryl Stevens; step-sister, Diane Cox; grandchildren, Zachery, Amy (John Buck), Allison (Nick Grasser), David, Michael (Kaylyn Dailey) and a great-grandson, JD. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Luke Littlefield; stepfather, John Cox; infant brother, Gary Stevens; brother, Dennis Stevens; stepbrother, Kenneth Cox; and stepsisters, Frances Woley, Billye Cox.

Memorial contributions can be made to: Tunnel to Towers or St. Jude’s Children s Hospital.

Glenda was the most caring person I know, she always had a smile. She definitely will be missed; she fought a good long life and heaven just received a very special angel. Prayers to all the family.
