Glenn David BERGQUIST

BERGQUIST, Glenn David, 1988-2021 of New York City, formerly of Needham, MA. Beloved son of William and Jean Bergquist of Dennisport, MA formerly of Needham. Brother of Amy Bergquist Kulp and her husband Justin of Lancaster, PA; Sara Bergquist Haro and her husband Matthew of Traverse City, MI; William H. Bergquist and his wife Erin of Seattle, WA; Kyle Bergquist and his wife Maryam Zehtabchi of Geneva, Switzerland; and Gregory Bergquist and his wife Libby Robinson of Denver, Colorado. Glenn is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Glenn graduated from Needham High School and Tufts University. At the time of his death, he was working for Child Protective Services, ACS, City of New York.

He was happiest when volunteering, be it at homeless shelters, especially Y2Y - Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. during his college years or at food pantries in NYC, more recently.

He has continued his spirit of giving by donating his organs to LiveOnNewYork so that others might live.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, when the family can gather together.

Y2Y Harvard Square - an independent non-profit that has a youth-to-youth model to provide a safe shelter to young people.
