Lee was my brother-in-law and friend. I spent many happy hours at Coryell family dinners and events. Lee and I shared a love of college football. We watched televised games together when we could. Usually, we would cheer for the same team. War Eagle! On the rare occasion when we were on opposite sidelines the school rivalry never outweighed the friendship.
I know Lee is with the Lord. He is free from ills and burdens. Miss you brother. War Eagle!

Lee Coryell and I first met in grade school when he lived just down the avenue from me, it wasn´t till junior high school that we really became good friends and St. Pete High we were best friends. He was a groomsman in our wedding and then when my bride and I started having children, we gave each of them Lee´s name as their middle name, just different spelling´s! We´ve remained friends throughout the years and would call each other two or three times a month to check up on each other! I will truly miss this kind and great friend!
