Glenn Foster

Glenn Anthony Foster of Ida, Louisiana went to be with Jesus, his savior on October 28, 2023 after a two year battle with cancer. Glenn was born April 1, 1958 in Atlanta, Texas, to Bobby Glen Foster and Dorothy Durmon Foster. He was saved, baptized and became a member of Line Creek Baptist Church in 1969 at the age of 11 years. Glenn lived and worked most of his life in Ida with the family businesses, Line Creek Ranch and Foster Oil Service.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Bobby Foster, his sister, Gwendolyn Foster Roberts, his partner and mother of his children, Carrie Leigh Jones; and a special uncle, Robert Durmon.
Glenn is survived by his mother, Dorothy Trenado and husband Virgil of Atlanta, Texas, two daughters, Jessie Leigh Brown of Haughton, Louisiana and Lexi Marie Foster of Diana, Texas, niece, Haley Cradic and husband Steven of Kingsport, Tennessee, brother-in-law, Mike Roberts of Ida, Louisiana; along with his great-nieces and nephews and many beloved friends and relatives who loved him.
