Glenn Foster Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Richardson Funeral Home - Leominster on Dec. 8, 2025.
Glenn Richard Foster, 77, of Worcester, MA, formerly of Leominster and Fitchburg, as well as Orlando, FL, passed away Tuesday December 2nd at St. Vincent's Hospital, after an illness.

A devoted husband, father, papa, brother, son, uncle, and friend, Glenn was born in Leominster, MA on June 13, 1948 to Deane C. Foster and Grace F. "Tish" Foster. Glenn graduated from Notre Dame High School in Fitchburg in 1966, Fitchburg State College in 1970, and eventually earned additional degrees from Mount Wachusett Community College, Quinsigamond Community College, and Fitchburg State.

A kind soul, Glenn invested both personal and professional time in helping others. A faithful Catholic, his faith was instilled in him at an early age and grew through his education and life experiences. Glenn enjoyed simple things in life, like entering sweepstakes, talking sports with his brother, enjoying his favorite foods, looking for a bargain, listening to doo wop music, and spending time with his family.

Glenn is lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Judith A. (Siciliano) Foster; his children Joseph Deane Foster of Worcester, Andrew Glenn Foster and his wife Bridget of Auburn, and Christina Grace Foster of Fitchburg; his grandchildren Grace Willow Foster, John Andrew Glenn Foster, and Michael Martin Richard Foster of Auburn; his brother Stephen H. Foster and his wife Mary Sandra of Friendswood, TX; his sister Mary E. Foster of Ayer; his sister in law Lyn Skinner Foster of Restin, VA; and many extended family & friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Paul A. Foster; his nephew Daniel S. Foster; his great nephew Jalen R. Jones; his best friend Gerald X. "Jerry" Dionne; and his in-laws Joseph F. & Madeleine E. (Roger) Siciliano.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to a local food bank or a charity of your choosing.

Calling hours will be on Friday December 19th, from 4-6 pm at Richardson Funeral Home 106 West St. Leominster. Funeral Service Saturday December 20th at 11am at St. Leo's Church 108 Main St. Leominster where Glenn was baptized, his father served as a Deacon, and his mother served as a Eucharistic Minister.
