One of my most favorite memories of Glenn was back in the 8th grade.
Our teacher left the room to take care of some important business outside of the classroom and Glenn decided that he was gonna create some music.
A popular song back in 8th grade was "That's the Way It Is" by Run DMC and and it had a easy beat that you could recreate by pounding on your desk.
If you know Glenn he had a natural leadership ability and he got the whole class rhythmically beating on our desk while he rapped the entire song. It got so loud that another teacher came into our room very inquisitive and at that moment everyone froze.
The teacher asked Glenn "What do you call this?"
Glenn smiled that classic Glenn smile and calmly said, "It's the International Silver-String Submarine Band."
The teacher couldn't even mad at that . RIP my friend
