Ville Platte-Funeral services for Glen Jones, 61, will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 11:00 A. M. at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Ville Platte, LA with the visitation observed from 9:00 A. M. until time of service. Burial will be in St. Paul B.C. Cemetery in Ville Platte, LA.
Rev. Goldman Chapman will officiate the homegoing service.

On March 23, 2026, Glen Jones was gently called home. God's angels carried him peacefully into eternal rest.
Left to cherish his life is his spouse: Katina Jones of Mamou, LA; his father: Rev. Elton Jones Sr. of Ville Platte, LA; one daughter: Jasalyn Jones of Mamou, LA; two sons: Jerminsky Jones and Jarinsky Jones both of Mamou, LA; four sisters: Genora Lawrence of Eunice, LA, Peggy (Rev Goldman) Chapman of Eunice, LA, Jomange Lavine of Ville Platte and Linda Gallow of Ville Platte, LA; two brothers: Sidney Jones and Elton Jones Jr. both of Ville Platte, LA; one grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
