Mr. McDuffie attended a number of Texas Honor Ride fundraisers and donated many signed reprints of his famous picture. He helped us raise thousands of dollars for our wound warriors, who he cared for deeply. RIP Mr. McDuffie, thank you for your service and support. It was an honor to have met you.

My heartfelt condolences to the McDuffie-Bell family. What joy this young man must have felt to hear the news about the war ending. Imagine the joy we will feel when Almighty God fulfills his promise at Hosea 2:18 "...I will rid the land of the bow and the sword and war, And I will make them lie down in security."

Thank you for your years of service in fighting for our freedom, for this country & people. Condolences to your family and thank you for such an iconic picture taken V-J Day in Times Square by Photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt reflecting the Victory over Japan Day (V-J Day) in Times Square in New York City, on August 14, 1945. It truly shows us emotions a person can feel the day it all ended. God Bless you and your family!! Thank you!!

My grandfather just passed away in R.I. and was in the service with Glen. I know the story so well because during my grandfathers passing he handed me the picture that your father had sent him signed. Last weekend I had the picture framed and it hangs on my wall forever. The Kissing Sailor is well known and will be my families treasure.
My prayers are with you and your family. God Bless
